Your subscription grants specific rights and responsibilities:

• Use of provided financial analysis and recommendations for personal financial planning
• Communication with our planning team during normal business hours

Prohibited Uses

• Sharing login credentials or account access with unauthorized third parties
• Using our services for illegal activities or regulatory violations
• Reproducing or distributing our proprietary content without written permission
• Providing false or misleading information that could affect planning recommendations

Subscriber Responsibilities

As a subscriber, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete financial information necessary for effective planning
• Maintain confidentiality of account access credentials and notify us of unauthorized use

• Pay subscription fees promptly according to agreed terms

Alternative Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through the following process:

Arbitration Process

Disputes will first be addressed through mediation. If unsuccessful, binding arbitration will be conducted according to Malaysian arbitration law in Kuala Lumpur.

EU Online Dispute Resolution

European clients may access the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform for cross-border disputes involving financial services

Service Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for breach of terms or non-payment of fees.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Malaysian law and subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.

Severability of Terms

If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Complete Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Thrylanoveiq regarding our services.

Terms Modifications

We may modify these terms with 30 days notice to subscribers. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
